4月26日，北京某电子公司，邀请闫维维老师【PST课程体系创始人，北京大学心理系人力资源管理专业研究生，外企文化环境的大客户销售副总实战背景，中央人民广播电台－都市之声特邀嘉宾】给新员工主讲的《商务礼仪—打造你的职场魅力》课程圆满结束。商务礼仪是职业修炼的基础，也是企业文化的外在显现。根据此次客户的要求，此次课程闫维维老师从商务接待形象魅力、会议接待与服务魅力、商务用餐魅力等三个主题进行讲解，在现场培训中闫维维老师幽默而不失风度、严肃而不缺优雅、讲授而不失枯燥的授课方式吸引了所有学员，所有学员都踊跃发言，积极参与到形式多样的模拟演练中。为了让培训更贴近实际工作中，中午午餐时间，领导和老师沟通了下午的课程，希望老师下午可以一对一辅导下专门负责接待的学员，老师根据客户的要求，调整了下午的授课内容，先让学员模拟了平常工作中的场景，也给学员说了应该注意的问题和需要改正的地方。课程结束后，领导非常满意，也谢谢老师及时作出调整，积极配合。通过此次培训学员对商务礼仪有更深、更全面的了解，让大家践行礼仪有标准、有目标、进而转化为职业化的行为，领导也表示后期也会建议朋友、同事安排《商务礼仪》的课程。
