2013年7月13日，中国南车驻豫公司携手高登项目管理（河南公司）举办的《从技术走向管理高级实务》培训在公司中干会议室如期开班；参加本期培训班的学员主要由该公司技术中心、分部和分公司技术管理核心骨干成员组成。

本期培训班的主讲嘉宾是国内著名研发中试（新产品导入）管理专家、产品与研发管理专家周水根老师；培训现场采取小班分组教学，增强了学员之间的团队协作能力，课堂气氛活跃；在培训过程中，周老师结合该公司技术人员走向管理岗位实际，从树立正确的角色观、建立管理能力提高的进阶体系、树立全局观、学习组织规划和设计的基本方法、学习任务选择、任务计划、任务执行的方法、学习团队建设的方法、分享解决实际管理问题的经验和技巧；学员们对课程的学习给予了很高的评价。
