2021年7，第十六期第四阶段华东区机械企业《研发中心精益运营项目》启动。公司总经理、工厂长、总经理助理等中高层领导、项目运营总监陈鹏导师、项目执行团队出席会议。公司领导为首批精益项目小组长颁发了项目任命书，小组长集体庄严宣誓，全体与会人员在签字板上签名并写下美好寄语，标志着项目正式启动。本次会议的成功召开彰显了企业研发部对导入精益管理的坚定决心，积极寻求变革模式，实现公司可持续发展的战略目标。

全面推行精益管理变革，是公司在新形势下适应市场变化，提升公司整体效率，进一步降低成本，提升产品竞争力一项重要举措。要求研发部领导要率先垂范，要站在公司发展大局统筹安排所负责业务板块的精益管理工作，全体员工也要积极投身于精益管理活动之中。通过项目运营总监陈鹏导师的科学指导，不断学习、持续改进，提升公司整体运营水平及效率，努力打造出一流的生产现场，一流的客户满意度，一流的员工队伍。
