韩国成功发射罗老号，会对周边国家和亚太安全形势产生什么样的影响？韩国发射“罗老”号可能会搅动整个东北亚局势。

我认为，韩国虽然是个主权国家，但指挥权在美国，它要听从美国的指挥。再过一两年就是韩国自己自主的指挥自己，韩国就考虑到我连情报都不准，敌人什么时候来，在什么方向来，来多少，我都不知道我怎么指挥？

所以韩国必须要发展自己的卫星，要发展自己的预警机，要发展自己的侦查监视设备，我感觉它主要的现在还是盯紧朝鲜。

韩国和中国关系还是不错，但是关系再不错，它是日美军事同盟，所以说它也有监控中国的内容，因为它知道中国和朝鲜关系密切，所以盯紧中国，对于它分析朝鲜的情况是非常重要的。

所以说它们发展航天力量，对中国来讲本身就是一个很大的威胁，它能看清我们的一举一动。

还有一个很重要的就是日本和韩国它们能够发射卫星，这样一个技术稍微一转移就成了弹道导弹了，成了弹道导弹以后，它的射程基本都是可调的，可以打五百公里，也可以打五千公里，所以潜在的威胁是非常大的。”
