11月14 日，知名危机管理学家王微教授来到国家电力投资集团领导力学院为中国电力建设股份公司62名集团部门主任、二级单位领导班子成员作媒体应对与危机预警的专题授课。

王微教授指出，在危机舆情中，央企最重要的是放下身段，调整心态（不骄傲，不沉默，合情合规），持续关注舆情，并根据风向调整自己的沟通策略与沟通内容，挤压非理性信息传播的空间，让外界感觉到央企的诚意。在对外沟通中，公众的看法常会受到意见领袖的左右，因此企业要利用好朋友圈，密切关注或巧妙借用行业意见领袖的网络言行，让自己在舆情应对中处于有利地位。

“往者不可谏，来者犹可追”。2017年，作为中国经济排头兵的央企，提高全员危机意识和危机管控能力乃是高级管理者顺势而为的必然选择。
